At OOK, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
